This website has been developed to provide a pathway into employment for people wanting to start a career as a disability support worker in Western Australia.

The quality of services provided to people with disabilities in Western Australia relies on disability support workers.

This website is a joint initiative between NDS (WA Division) and the Disability Services Commission. It is part of the 'Building our Workforce' project aimed at improving recruitment and retention in the disability sector. It does not direct potential employees to any particular disability service, rather provides information regarding a range of employment opportunities across the disability sector.
