Community Vision is predominantly based in the northern suburbs, however will, if required cover the south metro region. We work alongside individuals and their families to enable the individual to attain their goals.
Each individual develops their own supports that are person centred, flexible and responsive to their ongoing development and changing interests.
Community Vision are funded through the Disability Services Commission and FaHCSIA to provide:
Accommodation support
Intensive Family Support
Alternatives to Employment and Post School Options
In home and community based respite
School holiday programs
Family Living Initiative
Community Living Plans
We also provide services on a shared management basis. |
